Palm Beach Luxury Kitchen Oak and Vanilla Remodel
The true epitome of livable luxury with soaring space, sophisticated finishes and magnificent marbles. A certified chef’s kitchen is realized with organic modern yet classic influence, with a calm but not boring all vanilla color palette, and an impressive backdrop for a cook’s demonstrations. By removing walls and reconfiguring the layout, we created a much larger space, while renovating the entire home. We incorporated top luxury finishes with cutting edge appliances for high performance, including a large Italian chef’s induction two-oven range, a commercial-sized glass front refrigerator, speed oven and coffee appliance in the mix. Towering custom made modern cabinets of sustainable, natural and vanilla painted oak wood, are paired with a rich bianco dolomiti marble backsplash and one of a kind classic patterned marble hood. Luxurious striking quartzite countertops to create movement on the large entertaining waterfall island. The pendants are made from selenite rock crystal. Each component was chosen to evoke elegance for its craftsmanship, material quality, and to contribute to this elevated statement of kitchen design classically inspired by nature. Some feng shui principles, which the client requested, are adhered to for better living. With plenty of large storage solutions added, the glass door cabinets on the coffee smoothie bar and the separate dog feeding area complete this substantial elegantly healthy, green kitchen sanctuary, the heart of this couple’s winter home.
Delray Beach Modern Kitchen Renovation
Modern neutrals, sustainable wood, black and gleaming modern Art Deco and handmade details are carefully curated selection of materials chosen to create a kitchen with healthy attributes to support wellness, and every day living for clients after a flood ruined their kitchen and flooring throughout. Opening up the kitchen to the dining room meant innovative storage solutions were necessary, like the full height pull out pantry and hidden microwave storage in the other pantry, and a custom designed large drawer triple use storage, baking and serving area in this all-natural zero VOC kitchen. Classic modern lighting is coupled with an electrical overhaul with much needed ceiling lighting and technological advances, including pop up, hidden plugs and custom routed under cabinet lighting illuminating the sleek quartz countertops. Open shelves were added to give an airy feeling and to display some collectibles towards the dining area and to open up more space for entertaining on the large peninsula. The handmade three dimensional tile adds a focal point wow factor, completely covering two walls, transforming this kitchen to a sophisticated and highly functioning space.
Delray Beach Kitchen Remodel
Domaine Luxe was given carte blanche for a fresh take on a timeless coastal luxury kitchen. We expanded the kitchen layout towards the garden, letting the sunshine in, and the outdoors be featured, by removing a separating wall. With soaring cathedral ceilings, an elegant blue marble mosaic adorns an otherwise white classic kitchen with luxury appliances, wine station, and marble island, perfect for adult entertaining. This pairs with a timeless sandy oak wood herringbone flooring underfoot. Cabinetry and floors are all healthy wellness, at zero VOC. Very large drawers flank the range, with the stainless range hood wall covered in a stunning azul marble mosaic tile. The expansive storage and entertaining area overlooks the verdant backyard of tropical paradise, while another eat in seating area for four has modern, comfortable furnishings, with a striking nature inspired chandelier, and walls decorated with modern art in coastal blues. The luxury coastal overall look is energized yet calm, timeless and sophisticated, perfect for the new home owners.
Boca Raton Modern Coastal Spa Bath
This client’s request was for a modern coastal spa bath offering serene relaxation and luxurious comfort to replace a dated Italianate 90’s bath. The client’s style was classic, and he loved cruises. We planned to evoke that feeling into the modern coastal bath, keeping to neutral color palette with spa features. Marble herringbone tile on the floor and shower is paired with an updated subway tile used on the walls. Custom walnut cabinetry adds warmth to the otherwise white marble stone of the bold marble countertop. The vanity features hidden storage and electrical outlets. A sleek, deep soaking tub was an important project priority as was having cutting edge technology for the plumbing. A large round mirror is like a porthole out to sea, and the gleaming sconces and overhead flush-mount lighting has a classic coastal touch, influenced by luxury cruise liners of Art Deco times. Natural light was abundant but an entire new ceiling plan was designed for the bath, with hidden electrical outlets, plus we refreshed the adjacent closets and dressing area. This bath transformed into a deeply personalized, sustainable, coastal spa sanctuary for the senses.
Palm Beach Timeless Luxury Bath
A clean, elegant luxury primary bathroom design showcasing timeless modern style and grand, commanding scale. An expansive his and hers bath renovation is redefined and enhanced by the use of handcrafted cabinetry of different sizes for each client’s side, shimmering luxurious marble mosaic floor tile, and an oversize marble tile in the barrier free, tall large walk in shower and drying area. Reconstruction included a new modernized ceiling plan, showcasing a skylight, to emphasize more natural light, and a separate water closet to the left of the larger vanity, next to the shower drying area. Modern timeless bath details include designer plumbing, layered lighting, accessories, and abstract artwork which celebrates graceful, understated luxury.

Palm Beach Luxury Coastal Design Laundry
This luxury Palm Beach design renovation of a large, long laundry room showcases a luxurious coastal design influence, exemplifies a defined color palette, patterned, refined materials to create a timeless, one of a kind, seaside-inspired utility space. The layout and design asked for a custom pale blue cabinetry, as well as green for wellness, that went from floor to ceiling that included a stacked washer dryer.
Marble countertops, marble mosaic flooring and an encaustic design tiled the backsplash. We repurposed the flower etched glass doors from an old cabinet for display, and adorned the many doors and drawers with custom made malachite gem-encrusted flower polished nickel handles.
A trio of modern black marble lighting on the ceiling and surf art add extra interest, while a hard working sink with a dramatic bridge faucet and a skylight offer functionality and more natural light for crafts, flower arranging and crafts. Every item sourced was thoughtfully added to the design, curating a bespoke space that was as creative as the clients, and reflected elements of her family’s floral farm, mixed with her love of surfing. We devised hidden storage adding more functional practicality to this beautiful laundry space.
