Here’s our plan! We begin with a programming consultation. This is an in person, discovery, and initial site visit working consultation. Whether a redesign, new construction, or luxe interiors, this is where the magic starts. We get together, learn about each other, and your vision, we collaborate and assess your situation, determine your needs, wants, and desires. We learn of how you do things, where and why. We will ask a lot of questions, for your preferences, timeline, functional needs, go deep to find the meaning, and need two hours of your time at your home to get a feel for your style. We review your design considerations, view your space and discuss your project investment. We will discuss our creative process, business practices, and we answer your questions. Have a happy life, participate, and tie it to a goal. Your goals (and budget considerations) lead to our Scope of Work, design direction and plans.

We interpret your vision from our initial meeting, distill it, fit it to your needs, context and limitations. Next, within 2 business days, we will develop a proposal with an estimate of how we intend to carry out the plans. We return to you to hand-deliver a Letter of Agreement with an outline of the Scope of Work, responsibilities, and how we bill for product or service. We sign the agreement, and receive your project design fee retainer before we commence the conceptual design of the project.

We kickoff the first interior project phase of Design, and start with on-site meetings with our design team for full site analysis, to take photos, gather measurements, and brainstorm ideas for planning and design discovery. We review the site conditions, architectural attributes and your design inspiration and vision, style and usage of how you want to use your space, to reflect your way of living, so we may begin your Style Plan Design Concept. Then we hold a trades day, meet with our or your team of architects, contractors, engineers, for design documentation and blueprint consulting, or vendors for estimation when needed and we roll our sleeves up and get to work on your design project.

We curate a bespoke design plan through analyzing, planning and defining your preferences, color palette, finishes, textures and needs for your unique lifestyle. Then meet to present an initial custom mood board to spring board the design process.

The Style Plan Design Concept brainstorming begins, and gets formulated. For construction or renovation, Project Development Execution commences, we meet with your architects, engineers, or vendors needed and we roll up our sleeves. We hold a Trades Day to gather facts and pricing to start Project Management, when necessary. We gather more information from your space and floor plans. We focus on you and your required design details. We execute space plans, color palettes, furniture plans, and mood boards are thought through. We source the finest design finishes and substrates from the best trades and artisans: flooring, tile, trim, hardware, wall coverings, cabinetry, countertops, stains, and paint. Window treatments, soft goods, rugs, lamps, furniture etc are sourced. We gather photos, tear sheets, and necessary samples for timeless luxury.

We deliver an initial preliminary presentation, get your feedback, tweak and revise. Then once we get the go ahead to go further, we develop a detailed plan and include estimates and selections; mood boards and renders may also be provided, based on deliverables. Now you will begin to see a lot of hard work come together, and have a feel for your vision with your especially curated desired look. We address revisions. The Design Plan is delivered. You sign off on approval of design to go forward with Project Implementation of Full Service Design or you DIY.

We review the requested revisions if any and present these usually within a week or two. From vision to success, you sign off on approval of design.

If you are going beyond Design Plan only with us handling Full Service Design with Procurement and total Project Management , we continue on now to step #6. Details, documents, administration, execution, oh my! There is much to coordinate. We collect deposits for procurement to move forward on Full Service Design. We meet renovation trades again, review the budget, plan and finish schedule agreed upon, and measure twice. We confirm the ordering, sewing, preparing, building, refinishing, restoring, and finishing of all custom orders made just for you. We place orders for the purchasing of furnishings, finishing touches of art and accessories. Products are paid for at time of invoice. Quick ship and custom design vary in delivery times. Procurement of custom furniture can take much longer time, sometimes over three to four months, up to ten or twelve. We manage all the design vendors involved, from procurement, coordinating purchasing to order tracking, resolving discrepancies, shipping, receiving, inspecting, assembling, consolidating, and storage until White Glove delivery at your project. We are your Full Service Concierge overseeing the entire process of implementation.

We handle all the renovation project challenges and issues, help you alleviate the stress, avoid the construction pitfalls, and save you time and money through our extensive construction project management, with effective communication, site meetings and site inspections. We direct the systems and people in place, for Sequence, Cost control, and Quality control. We keep the client updated on progress of project, working closely with vendors. This PM Supervision and Implementation fee is based on the job cost at 25%. We manage procurement of the products and verify and place purchase orders of all finishes. We coordinate product freight, inspections and warehousing. Products are paid for at time of invoice, before our custom purchase order. We begin the start of the construction renovation based on our deliverables. We coordinate, implement, supervise, oversee and manage the renovation suppliers, contractors and vendors. Installation is managed on all fixed finish goods, flooring, lighting, cabinetry, wallpaper, window treatments, paint or trim until completed.

The big day! It's like a big surprise! Yay!!! No surprises here, though, as everything will be quality checked and rechecked, all along the way through our receiving warehouse experts, assuring a great job. White Glove delivery of furniture installation is scheduled to begin. We finalize interior styling with decor.

Client reveal! Final walk though. Follow up, if there’s any corrections needed, by any deficiencies with resolution and finalization.

With all addressed, we schedule photography and it's a wrap. Much gratitude! Then on to the next beautiful home. 💝
