This Spring, our team journeyed to North Carolina’s design capital to source exceptional bespoke furnishings that reflect our timeless-meets-modern aesthetic and cater to our discerning clientele here in Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Palm Beach and beyond.

Starting off the day early, as most days at market are 12 hour days for our team, the building is just starting to receive attendees.
A Global Market for World-Class Design
Twice a year, High Point Market transforms into the epicenter of the home furnishings industry, drawing the world's most prestigious brands, tastemakers, and design houses.
With over 11 million square feet of approximately 2000 trade showrooms, the market is spread across 18 buildings to see. The main structure alone spans 3.5 million square feet, with five wings, and 12 floors. This is where future design trends are born — and where our designers hand-select the finest offerings for our clients’ homes.
From Italian leather upholstery ateliers to emerging American artisans, we combed through showrooms for craftsmanship, innovation, and authenticity. The emphasis this year? Organic forms, sculptural lighting, and elevated neutrals — all hallmarks of our curated Palm Beach style, modern coastal chic luxury interiors. Colorful spaces were still trending, too.
We visit at least 50 showrooms in depth during each visit. We start early, work 12 hour days and average 10+ miles daily. Oh, our feet are aching! Each year at High Point Market, we plan our days way in advance to make the best of our week’s time to:
have face time meetings with our favorite manufacturers, both CEO’s and local representatives,
attend important unveiling and learning events,
get a head start interpreting the products and trends to come to consumers about six months to a year in advance.

Here are a few trend-forward highlights we’re watching to curate and excited to bring into upcoming projects:
Sculptural Lighting: Bold, artistic chandeliers and pendants made an impression across showrooms — ideal for creating drama in Palm Beach’s soaring ceilings.
Textural Neutrals: Creamy bouclés, plush and textured velvets, earthy leathers, hair on hide are layered; cerused oak, and warm travertine finishes provided depth and interest, proving neutrals are anything but boring.
European Influences: Curves and fluting from Deco Parisian-inspired casegoods, upholstery and chairs, to Milanese minimalism, old-world elegance with classic shapes met contemporary designs in a fresh, fashion-forward way.
Artisan-Crafted Furniture: From soft silhouettes to dramatic sculptural shapes and statement pieces, we discovered several new independent makers whose attention to detail rivals legacy brands — and we’re proud to bring these exclusive lines to our local clients.

Four New Makers to Share
Every year we seek out new vendor possibilities at High Point Market to add to our list of preferred manufacturers. Here’s a glimpse of this Spring’s focus.
This leopard velvet sofa is graced with a functional and gorgeous bone leather ottoman table, with a bespoke handcrafted wood finish and brass casters to easily slide out of the way to protect the ottoman top.
The first on our list to share is a four-decade-old, meticulously handcrafted, bench made California statement upholstery company that has joined the family of one of our other favorite Florida coastal chic look vendors. We absolutely adored the large variety of customization options, including sofas by the inch, with an exclusive, stunning 400+ colorful palette of European fabrics, plus premium leathers, shagreen and trims, 12 new frame styles, 6 new chic ottoman table finishes, endless stains for wood trim, numerous cushion fill options, ready to suit any preference in any space. The seating was extremely comfortable. They offer a fast turnaround at 8 week production. Another reason to adore this brand? Our rep, who we have known for years, is one of the best in the industry, and makes our job easier and better.
This American contemporary Amish built company offers redefined bespoke furniture with endless finish options. There is over ten species of wood, 600 finishes, 50 metal colors, and custom sizing. This is an artisan furniture maker with extensive combinations to create one of a kind hand-crafted pieces.

The wood choices seemed endless, as you can see from the sampling above. Next to it, we are showing four distinct hand done metal finish options of the wood choice we selected for a cocktail table to be designed for a client.
They collaborated with a well known designer to create a new collection that channels fine craftsmanship of tailored Deco to Mid Century and historic coastal Mediterranean charm with layered, artisanal detailing and sophistication. They also partnered with a museum for an architectural inspired collection, and with another designer collaboration for creative and colorful post modern collection.

The third High Point Market find is an Italian modern furniture, flooring, accessories, and kitchen manufacturer who offers custom furniture and design to architects and designers, especially important for Palm Beach luxury home renovation and design. They floors and furniture were outstanding Italian craftsmanship. Art furniture had wood paired with ceramic and steel. They designed a kitchen serving function with amazing aesthetics, with a sleekly curved door profile that was mind-blowing innovative in terms of functionality meeting artisan quality. The walnut and oak options were exceptional. There’s also inlaid doors to suit your personality: simple form, geometric and abstract, colorful and trendy. Their closets were every fashionista's fantasy come true.
4. Lastly, we would be remiss not to mention the gorgeousness that is the timeless beauty of a 50 year old Mexican manufacturer that shows in a temple like space at High Point Market. They create the finest, artistic, bespoke furniture that will be antiques of the future. In natural materials for both metropolitan and casual environs, perfect for Palm Beach living. Whether oceanfront, Manalapan or El Cid, these pieces are perfect for authentic feeling Palm Beach coastal chic. Their commitment to artistry and detail matches our DNA.

New High Point Market Buildings
There’s a few new buildings and major moves at High Point Market to report. We toured the new 313 Space building, an old warehouse nestled in a garden that has been restored into a striking, two-story showroom featuring a curated creative market of 60+ designers and brands, some of which we knew and some of which were completely new to us.
So many creative finds for sourcing! Here are samples of the art, lighting, furnishings, and old wall covering books we perused one morning of our week. The lobby’s dramatic center staircase beckons. Heading upstairs in the old mill warehouse at 313 Space at High Point Market…

Down the street, one of our go to contemporary brands just unveiled a new location this High Point Market. The existing building was simply updated on the outside, but we adore the steel staircase here displaying this stone sculpture.
Events
Events are a big happening at High Point Market, and this year’s schedule was packed for us, thus the 12 hour days are non-stop except for a few meals and tea breaks.
This manufacturer with the new location held a wildly attended VIP by invitation only party to celebrate moving into its modern white building. It was a fun bubbles pouring scene to catch up with old friends! Cheers to that! There’s breakfasts, lunches, cocktails events, dinners, lectures, seminars, book signings, celebrity meetings, and new unveilings. It’s always great to hear news, learn and talk with colleagues about experiences, and best practices, too. We should mention there’s often entertaining concerts to attend like Sister Sledge. Loved the Goo Goo Dolls last year, too. There was live music at one of our dinners, too. Creativity abounds!
A new comfortable place to rest our weary bodies after a long day at High Point Market. Tea and other beverages were served, yay!
